Refund Policies

By proceeding with the registration for any event, competition, workshop, examination, or other program organized by Rankethon (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), the Participant and/or their parent/guardian (where applicable) expressly acknowledges and agrees to the following Refund Policy.

All registration fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving:

- Change of personal schedule, plans, or availability.

- Participant’s inability to attend or complete the examination for any reason.

- Errors made during the registration process.

- Participant disqualification due to non-compliance with the Organizer’s Terms & Conditions, eligibility requirements, or Code of Conduct.

- Technical failures, including but not limited to, internet issues, device malfunctions, or software incompatibilities on the Participant's end.

Refunds shall not be entertained on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the examination content, results, prizes, or any other aspect of the event, unless expressly mandated by applicable law.

The Organizer reserves the sole and absolute discretion to initiate a refund only in the rare instance of a full event cancellation initiated by the Organizer, without provision for rescheduling or substitution. In such cases, any refund, if applicable, shall be processed within a reasonable time frame and communicated officially through the Organizer’s registered communication channels.

Participants are advised to carefully review all information, eligibility criteria, schedules, and other relevant details before proceeding with registration. By making a payment, the Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in its entirety.

For any exceptional queries related to payments, Participants may contact:

The Organizer’s decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding. No disputes, claims, or challenges shall be entertained outside the scope of this stated policy.
